Home Concierge ("we," "us") operates the Home Concierge app and website at ezhouse.app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We built the product to hold the least data necessary and to protect the sensitive details a home service inevitably touches.

Information we collect

Account & household. Name, email, phone, and the properties you add — address, access notes, pets, and preferences.
Service data. Bookings, schedules, checklists, before/after photos, receipts, messages, and ratings.
Payment. Processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
Device & usage. App/version, basic diagnostics, and interactions needed to run and improve the service.

How we use it

To schedule, dispatch, deliver, and verify the services you request.
To match compliant, vetted providers and confirm their eligibility for each job.
To process payments, prevent fraud, and provide support and your service guarantee.
To send you service updates and, only with consent, occasional product news.

Sensitive home data

Access codes, alarm notes, and key locations are encrypted and revealed to an assigned provider only near the appointment time. Access to these fields is logged. We never expose your full address to a provider who has not been assigned to your job.

Sharing

We share only what's needed to deliver a service: an assigned provider sees the job scope and, at service time, the access details required to perform it. We use vetted processors (e.g., payments, maps, messaging, cloud hosting) under contract. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & your choices

We keep records as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing privacy@ezhouse.app. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including access, deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, field-level encryption for sensitive values, role-based access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we design to limit exposure.
