Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Home Concierge app, website, and services (the "Service"), operated at ezhouse.app. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to them.

The Service

Home Concierge is a managed marketplace: we schedule, dispatch, and stand behind household services delivered by independent, vetted providers. We own the customer relationship, quality control, and support.

Membership & billing

  • Memberships (Home Access, Home Priority, White Glove) bill monthly until canceled.
  • Service charges, materials, groceries, disposal, and third-party costs are separate and shown before you confirm.
  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before your window are free; later cancellations may incur a fee. Weather reschedules are free.
  • All amounts are in U.S. dollars and processed by our payment provider.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property, access, and contact information.
  • Ensure safe, lawful access to the property for scheduled work.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Service guarantee

If a completed service doesn't meet the agreed scope, report it within 24 hours and we'll arrange a free rework or a credit, at our discretion.

Providers

Providers are independent businesses, not our employees. We verify licensing, insurance, and background checks required for each service category before assignment.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
